Please allow 5-10 business days for your return package to arrive at Barkers after dropping it off with the carrier. You can check this process via the tracking number on your return label. Once your returned package arrives at Barkers, please allow for up to 5 business days for our team to review and process your return before your resolution is issued. You’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete.

Possible Delays

Some shipping carriers may be experiencing delays causing return packages to not reach our warehouse within the typical 5-10 day timeframe. Please follow your return tracking number for details.

Return Policy

We design our gear to help you and your dog live its best by performing at peak level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Whether you buy online or in-person, we provide you 30 days to take your Barkers purchases for a trial fit, confidently knowing you can return any item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within 30 days. No questions asked. And after 30 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed.

IMPORTANT: Shipping Labels + Return Instructions

The mailing label that is generated within Loop is calculated so that the item is sent back to us through UPS. Preferably in its original packaging or equivalent.

If gear isn’t sent back via UPS, additional charges, will be applied to payment method on file.

Exchanges

Exchanges are easy and free. To perform an exchange, please visit our returns/exchange portal. Follow the on-screen prompts for further instructions on how to choose a replacement item and generate a shipping label. Within 7 days drop off item for exchange at any carrier location with the provided shipping label.

There are 2 options for exchanges:

  1. Instant Exchange

    If you’re worried about a desired item selling out, we offer Instant Exchange. We will place a hold on the a credit card for $1 to send their exchange item right away. The customer has 7 days to return the original item with the provided shipping label. As soon as the product is in transit back to the customer, the hold is removed. Any customers that do not return the exchange product within 7 days will be charged for the new product and the shipping label will no longer be valid.

  2. Standard Exchange

    Return the item via the on-screen prompts, and we will then process the exchange and send out the new item after we physically receive it.

Return Refund

Original order shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take up to 10 business days from the processing date for the refund to post it to your bank account. Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Barkers LLC will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.

    • Place your items and the return form in their shipping bag.

    • Attach a return label to the outside of the box.

    • Take the package to any UPS location.

I don't have a return label—what should I do?

If your order did not include a return label, or if you've misplaced or discarded the label, you can contact customersupport@barkersand.co

When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment within two business days. Please see Barkers refund information for additional details.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can exchange your item by send us an email and we’ll issue you a refund on a Barkers gift card.

How do I return defective or flawed product?

We stand behind all of our gear. If your product is defective or flawed, and it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please see our claim and warranty information.

Return Exceptions

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Items noted as nonreturnable cannot be returned.

  • Some Barkers products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. Please check the label, hang tag, or warranty card for details and return information.
